Shipping & Delivery
Every Feld's Seasonals order ships directly from our trusted suppliers' warehouses, packed with care and tracked from the moment it leaves the shelf. Here is exactly what to expect.
Shipping rates
| Destination | Standard shipping | Free shipping | Estimated delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | $5.99 | Orders over $75 | 5–8 business days |
| Canada | $9.99 | Orders over $100 | 5–8 business days |
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping is applied as soon as your order total qualifies.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery estimates start once your order has been processed.
Items from our international suppliers
A few pieces ship from overseas partners and take longer to arrive. These items are clearly marked on their product page (for example, "Ships in 10–15 Business Days"). Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery of those items.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Orders with multiple items
Because our products ship from different suppliers, orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking details for each shipment, and you never pay more than the shipping shown at checkout.
Halloween delivery
To have your order in time for October 31, we recommend ordering standard items by October 20. Items marked with an extended delivery time should be ordered as early as possible.
Canadian orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays, damage and lost packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but has not reached you, please contact us with your order number. We will work directly with our supplier and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
