1. Who we are

This online store is operated by Feld's Seasonals, a sole proprietorship run by Erik Sabelfeld, Bergknallen 17, 436 40 Askim, Sweden. You can reach us at sabelfeldstudios@gmail.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Feld's Seasonals, and "you" means anyone who visits the store or places an order.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Where we sell

We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States or Canada. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes are approximate (usually within about 0.5–1 in). Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, and delivery times are shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.

Our products are seasonal decorations and costumes. Unless a product page says otherwise, they are not toys. Keep small parts and cords away from young children and pets, and use electrical and battery-powered items as described in their instructions.

3D models and product images: The 3D models and rendered images shown on our product pages are approximate digital representations intended to give an impression of the product's shape and appearance. They may differ from the actual product in terms of color, brightness, materials, details, proportions and size. In the event of any discrepancy, the actual product and the information stated in the product description apply.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your currency is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Shipping costs and any taxes we are required to collect are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your location, the carrier may charge import duties or fees on delivery.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

8. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the store, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with its security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful. The text, images, logo and design of this store belong to Feld's Seasonals or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

9. Third-party services

The store runs on Shopify and uses payment, shipping and supplier partners to process and deliver your order. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs holds or extreme weather. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country, state or province where you live. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
