Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Every order ships directly from our suppliers' warehouses and comes with tracking.

Delivery times
- Most items: 5–8 business days.
- Items from our international suppliers (marked on the product page, for example the Wearable T-Rex Skeleton Costume and the Halloween Devil Pumpkin Neon Sign): 10–15 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before they ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Orders with several items
Because our products ship from different suppliers, an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking for each package. If the items in your order ship from different warehouses, checkout may show a separate shipping charge for each.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some items ship from outside your country. Depending on your location, the carrier or customs authority may charge import duties, taxes or fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Wrong address, lost or damaged packages
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can change the address only until the order has been handed to the supplier. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve it. See our Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
Halloween orders
To receive your order by October 31, we recommend ordering standard items by October 20. Items with a 10–15 business day delivery time need about three weeks, so order them as early as possible.
